The deadline for submitting events for the October 2011 print edition of the Tucson Peace Calendar is Friday Sept 23rd at midnight.

The easiest way to submit your events is to access the online version of the calendar.

All submitted events will be held for moderator approval. You can request a confirmation email so you will know when the event has been accepted.

If you have difficulties submitting your event online, please email the event details to events@peacecalendar.org.

Be sure to include the following information in your event submission:

- Title
- Description
- Location
- Date (and info if it repeats)
- Contact info

All events submitted to the online calendar will be considered for the print calendar.

Also, we have room on the cover pages for a few short articles, announcements, flyers, or other event-related information. Please send these materials by September 23rd to events@peacecalendar.org.
