Hello folks,

The deadline for submitting events for the March 2010 print edition of the Tucson Peace Calendar is Thursday, February 18th at midnight.

The easiest way to submit your events is to access the online version of the calendar. The following link will take you to our submission guidelines and allow you to access the online submission form.

Please note, you do NOT need to log in to submit your event (contrary to what it currently says on the website). The log in feature has not been working properly so please ignore that step. Instead all submitted events will be held for moderator approval. You can request a confirmation email so you will know when the event has been accepted.

If you have difficulties submitting your event online, please email us the event details to events@peacecalendar.org.

Be sure to include the following information in your event submission:

- Title
- Description
- Location
- Date (and info if it repeats)
- Contact info

All events submitted to the online calendar will be considered for the print calendar.

Also, we have room on the cover pages for a few short articles, announcements, flyers, or other event-related information. Please send these materials by February 18th to events@peacecalendar.org.

Finally, don't forget that the Tucson Peace Fair and Music Festival is February 27th, 11am-5 pm at the Reid Park Band Shell. Organizations wishing to participate can contact stelnik@webtv.net (please put "Peace Fair" in the subject line) or call 235-0694.
